OSU Aviation Selected to Participate in Top Hawk Program

The Oklahoma State University Aviation Program has been selected to participate in the 2019 Top Hawk program, a partnership between Textron Aviation and top university aviation schools that provides students with access to the world’s most popular single-engine aircraft, the Cessna® Skyhawk®.

Duncan-Andrade Named 2019 Brock International Prize in Education Laureate

Jeff Duncan-Andrade, associate professor of raza studies at San Francisco State University, has been named the 2019 Brock International Prize in Education Laureate for his significant contributions to the field of education, particularly surrounding his work as a practitioner-researcher in urban education. This honor recognizes the ideas and work of those who have contributed to the science and art of education by providing long-term benefits to humanity through change and improvement in education at any level.

Flying Aggies Place Third at Regional Competition

The Oklahoma State University Flying Aggies Flight Team placed third in the National Intercollegiate Flying Association SAFECON Region VI Competition, held in Salina, Kansas, Oct. 13-17. The 15-member team competed in air and ground competitions and secured a place in the national competition this May in Madison, Wisconsin.
